Mental Health Awareness
World Health Organization defines Mental health as a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to contribute to his or her community. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
During this course, you will learn about different types of mental health and how they affect people on a daily basis.
